- We remove the material in the forward direction (FWD).

- The speed should be set between 15,000 to 25,000 revolutions per minute (RPM).

- It’s not recommended to work at maximum RPM because the larger diameter of the bur can lead to quicker wear of the handpiece.

- The removal process takes 5-7 minutes, up to a maximum of 10 minutes (if dealing with long nails with a lot of material in the apex area or lifting).

❗️One bur should last for 50-100 clients, as it becomes dull with use and removes material more slowly.
